bad smell spotty wi-fi
The room smelled bad , like old gym socks. The air conditioning barely worked and did little to get rid of the stink. The combination, and I ended up buying an air freshener just to cope. Also , the Wi-Fi was spotty . I had trouble streaming anything , even basic videos.

Excellent Stay Near Stadiums and Parks

train stations baseball stadium laundry machines
The hotel provides convenient access to stadiums used for rugby, soccer and baseball games. Two train stations sit within a ten-minute walk from the premises. The hotel features a konbini on the lower level, a practical amenity. Laundry machines are available and inexpensive.
I noticed a slight odd odor in the corridor , though it was not too intense.
Location
9/10
The location is relaxing because it is away from major crowds, which I found pleasing for walks. I found many bars and restaurants, alongside stadiums, shrines, and parks near the building. Train stations nearby give quick access to the rest of the city.
Rooms
10/10
The room was spacious, and I could comfortably keep three suitcases inside. The room was also clean. Everything I needed was available. The room was quiet.
